"All the cadastral maps are already stored as PDFs in an AWS S3 bucket, each file named with its city and survey number. I also have a working Python script that, when given that same city name and survey number, extracts information from the PDF and returns geo-data plus some summary figures.

What I now need is a lightweight React interface that ties everything together. A user will enter a city name and a survey number, press “Generate,” and the app should:

• Fetch the matching PDF from S3 (signed URL or equivalent).
• Execute the existing Python script in the background.
• Display the script’s output as an interactive map—Leaflet, Mapbox GL JS, or any other React-friendly mapping library is fine.
• Where the script returns summary numbers, visualise them with a simple pie chart.

Deliverables
• Clean, responsive React code with clear component structure.
• A minimal back-end or API wrapper (language of your choice) that executes the Python script and streams its results to the front-end.
• Instructions for local setup and deployment so I can run everything on my own AWS account.

Acceptance
Typing a valid city and survey number should reliably load the correct PDF, run the script, and render an interactive map (and pie chart, when data permits) without page reloads." (client-provided description)
