"The goal is to create a modern, mobile-first web application that lets hotel guests leave tips digitally after scanning a QR code printed on a room or housekeeping card. Scanning the code should take the guest straight to a clean, sleek tipping page optimised for small screens.

Core flow
• A unique QR code is generated for every housekeeper or room.
• When the guest scans, the code routes to a short-url page that displays the housekeeper’s name and photo (or room number) plus preset or custom tip amounts.
• The guest selects an amount, submits, and immediately sees a confirmation page.
• On the back end the system records the tip, timestamp, and which housekeeper it belongs to. No guest or staff login is required at any step; the QR itself provides the needed context.

Deliverables
1. Front-end UI built with any modern framework (React, Vue or similar), styled to a modern and sleek aesthetic.
2. Simple REST or GraphQL API plus database schema that stores tips, housekeeper IDs, and optional guest notes.
3. Admin-only dashboard (password protected) where management can:
• view tips by date or housekeeper
• export data to CSV
4. QR code generator utility that outputs print-ready codes tied to each housekeeper entry.
5. Deployment instructions so the app can be hosted on a standard cloud service (Vercel, Netlify, AWS, etc.).

Acceptance criteria
• Scanning a QR code from a mobile device reliably loads the tipping screen in under 2 seconds.
• Guests can complete a tip in three taps or fewer.
• Data rows in the dashboard correctly match the housekeeper printed on the scanned card.
