Project description:
"I intend to launch a real-time group-chat site that keeps the familiar flow of Wireclub while pushing every feature a step further. The goal is a modern, mobile-friendly interface, richer game selection, and a granular role system that lets me run two Founder accounts, one CEO seat, two Admins and as many Mods as I approve.

Core build
• Responsive chat rooms with tabs, private whispers, the ability for any visitor to open a brand-new room on demand, and a slicker UI than Wireclub’s current layout.
• Gambling and arcade mini-games that embed directly inside the chat window. Winnings (or ticket fees) pay out in Gold Coins; players purchase those coins with real money through Stripe or a comparable PCI-compliant bank cards gateway.
• Optional upgrades: VIP status, name plates, profile flair and other virtual goods sold through the same coin system.
• Comprehensive permission matrix so I can toggle powers (kick, ban, edit room, spawn game, etc.) for every staff tier. A dedicated admin panel must expose logs, payments, user reports and content flags.
• Copyright and brand protections baked in—our code, art and copy must ship with clear license notices so nobody can lift assets or clone the platform.

Marketing add-on
Once the site is live, I also need an advertising push that places display and video ads across Google Ads, YouTube pre-rolls, social feeds and any other cost-effective channel. Campaign assets (banners, short clips) should spotlight the Gold Coin games and VIP perks.

Acceptance checklist
1. Working production site hosted on my server or a managed cloud.
2. Secure payment flow for buying Coins, audit trail visible in admin panel.
3. At least three gambling games and two arcade titles operable in-chat.
4. Role system demonstrated with test accounts for each staff tier.
5. Copyright notice and terms page confirming exclusive ownership.
6. First month of ad campaigns created, targets and KPIs documented.
