"I need an end-to-end AI voice bot that can reliably take over everyday customer-service conversations on three fronts: traditional phone calls, the live-chat widget on my website, and our main social media inboxes.
The bot must be able to:
• Recognise and answer our most common FAQs with a natural, friendly tone.
• Seamlessly guide callers or chat users through secure transaction processing (think order placements or simple payments) without human intervention.
• Offer real-time appointment booking, writing the confirmed slot straight back to our existing calendar via API.
What I expect from you
– Comprehensive flow design, including fallback logic for edge cases.
– Voice, text, and social media integrations set up, tested, and documented.
– A training pipeline (NLP + speech-to-text / text-to-speech) that I can update with new intents.
– Handover of clean, well-commented source code plus instructions so my in-house team can maintain it.
Acceptance will be based on a live demo in which the bot correctly handles at least 90 % of a supplied test set covering FAQs, a sample purchase, and an appointment request over each channel." (client-provided description)
