"Product Manager (Remote – International Team Coordination)

We are seeking a Product Manager to coordinate an international development team, with members based in Dakar and other locations worldwide. The role is focused on driving product delivery, compliance, and research initiatives, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage a distributed team across multiple countries.

Oversee project delivery timelines and ensure smooth execution via Jira and related tools.

Conduct product research, compliance checks, and market analysis, with a focus on European markets (Germany, Switzerland, Austria).

Ensure compliance standards are met, and research local regulations where necessary.

Leverage AI tools effectively across workflows (e.g., research automation, content structuring, productivity optimization).

Act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment of goals and outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar coordination role.

Strong background in project management and delivery coordination, ideally using Jira.

Familiarity with compliance requirements in DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) – or strong ability to research and adapt to new regulatory frameworks.

Excellent communication skills to lead a remote, multicultural team.

Analytical mindset with the ability to perform market and competitor analysis.

Affinity with AI tools and the ability to select the right tool for the right task.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in European-regulated markets (particularly IT, software, or digital products).

Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English (German is a plus).
