"I’m looking for a Power Platform specialist who can deliver two tightly-integrated components for our Dynamics 365 environment.

First, I need a bespoke PCF control that replaces a standard field on a model-driven app with a completely custom user interface. The control must feel fluid and modern, featuring interactive elements (think drag-and-drop, inline editing, dynamic filtering) and real-time data updates pulled from Dataverse without a page refresh. It should package cleanly, respect solution layering, and be fully configurable through the maker experience.

Second, I want a Copilot-style agent inside Microsoft Teams that surfaces data insights from the same Dataverse tables. The bot should answer natural-language questions, generate quick visual summaries, and proactively suggest insights based on recent activity—essentially acting as an on-demand analyst for the team.

Key deliverables
• PCF control source code, solution file, and deployment guide
• Teams bot (using Azure Bot Framework or equivalent) wired to Dataverse and demonstrating insight-generation dialogs
• Brief documentation and a short hand-off call to walk through setup, extension points, and maintenance best practices
