"I need a clean, responsive portfolio-style website that does more than just show my work—it must function as an online hub where visitors can browse a full question bank with answers, enrol in self-paced courses, and manage their own profiles.

Core requirements
• A visually appealing landing page that presents me and the project at a glance, then funnels users toward either the question bank or the course catalogue.
• Secure user accounts: sign-up, login, password reset and a simple dashboard where learners can track purchased courses and saved questions.
• Question Bank module: searchable, filterable by topic, and able to display both questions and answers side-by-side or on demand. I should be able to upload new items in bulk via CSV or an admin panel.
• Online Courses module: video, PDF and quiz support, with progress tracking and a straightforward checkout or enrol flow.
• Mobile-first design, fast loading, and SEO-friendly structure.
• An admin area where I can manage questions, answers, course content and users without touching code.

Tech is flexible, but I’m comfortable with WordPress (Elementor, LearnDash), Laravel, or any modern stack that achieves the above with solid security. Hand-off must include all source files, clear installation instructions and a brief walkthrough video.
