"I’m building a two-sided platform that allows system owners to post their technical problems and instantly match with qualified suppliers who can quote, chat, and close the job. The solution must be available both as a responsive web application and as mobile apps for iOS and Android, all backed by a single code-base or shared API so updates stay in sync.

Core workflow
• System owners create a profile, describe the faulty equipment, attach media, and raise a maintenance request.
• Suppliers browse or receive targeted requests, submit detailed quotes, and update order status as work progresses.
• A real-time messaging module keeps both parties talking inside the platform, with push notifications on mobile.
• Each request moves through clear states—submitted, quoted, accepted, in progress, completed—so both sides can track where things stand and review history later.

• Authentication is handled through popular social-media logins; the architecture should remain flexible so email/password or multi-factor could be added down the line without major refactor.
