"Coordinate a portfolio of active software-development projects from kickoff through release. The work centres on three core responsibilities: shaping realistic schedules, keeping the dev team aligned and motivated day-to-day, and producing clear progress documentation for stakeholders.

My preferred project-management methodology is “Web development,” so I rely on practices commonly used in modern web builds—short, iterative cycles, quick feedback loops, and a strong focus on delivering visible value early. As long as those principles stay intact, I’m flexible about the exact toolset; Jira, Trello, ClickUp or even a well-structured Google Sheet all work for me if the workflow stays transparent.

Deliverables
