"The Android app is already coded and ready; what I need now is a reliable partner to take it all the way to a successful launch on Google Play. From spinning up the right hosting environment to fine-tuning every Play Console detail, you will handle the full release cycle so I can focus on product growth.

Scope
• Set up hosting and back-end services (I’m open to AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or your recommended stack).
• Configure APIs, environment variables, and any required dependencies.
• Verify the build against the latest Google Play policies, privacy requirements, and compatibility checks.
• Prepare polished store assets—icon, feature graphics, localized screenshots, listing copy, privacy policy URL, and content ratings.
• Submit the release, manage review feedback, resolve rejections if they arise, and keep me updated until the APK/AAB is live and discoverable.
• Provide post-launch support for any hot-fix builds needed within the first review cycle.

Acceptance Criteria
1. App appears in Google Play search, installable on target devices.
2. All store listing elements display correctly with no policy warnings.
3. Play Console shows a “Published” status and crash-free first rollout.
