"I need a clean, fast-loading WordPress site that serves the agriculture sector by publishing educational articles and resources. The structure will centre on a blog, supported by a searchable knowledge base so visitors can quickly locate advice, guides, and how-to material.

Core features
• Search functionality that scans posts, pages, and downloadable resources
• A dedicated blog section with intuitive category filters (crops, livestock, farm tech, etc.)
• A multimedia gallery for images and short videos that illustrate best practices
• Clearly organised course pages or “learning paths” so users can follow structured content

Please build on a modern, lightweight theme and a visual builder you are comfortable with (Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar). The finished site must be fully responsive, SEO-ready, and easy for me to update without touching code.
