"This project centres on a cross-platform mobile application that lets drivers locate nearby parking in seconds while giving operators an easy way to manage their spaces behind the scenes.

Core user experience
• Primary task: Finding parking spots quickly and intuitively.
• Added value: Real-time availability updates so spaces never appear taken when they are free, built-in user reviews and ratings to build trust, and turn-by-turn directions that open directly in the device’s native maps.

Admin workflow
An accompanying admin interface (web or in-app) will let staff create, edit, disable or price spaces and see live occupancy data. I already have the data sources for availability; you will focus on integrating them through clean APIs and presenting them in a streamlined UI.

Scope and stack
– Single codebase targeting both iOS and Android (Flutter, React Native or similar cross-platform framework).
– Secure authentication, push notifications for booking updates, and simple in-app analytics.
– REST or GraphQL backend is fine; I will provide hosting credentials.
– Clean, modular code that I can extend later.

Deliverables
1. Source code repo with clear commit history
2. Compiled apps ready for App Store & Google Play submission
3. Admin panel (responsive web or embedded)
4. Quick-start technical documentation and a brief hand-over call

Acceptance criteria
• Accurate turn-by-turn link opens in Apple Maps and Google Maps.
• Ratings/reviews persist and display instantly after submission.
• No critical crashes after 30 minutes of continuous use on both platforms.
