"I want to launch a slick, modern-looking platform that lets travellers complete visa applications for the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, Canada and the UAE. The project covers both web and mobile, so you’ll build:

• A responsive website on Hostinger (or a host with similar stack and performance)
• Native or cross-platform apps for both iOS and Android, released through the App Store and Google Play

Key experience I’m after
The build must feel modern and minimalistic, load fast worldwide and keep data secure (GDPR + PCI). Because I’m only hiring an individual freelancer, you should be comfortable handling design, development, payment integration and deployment yourself.

Core feature set
• Step-by-step visa form with document upload (PDF, JPEG, PNG)
• Real-time application progress tracker visible on web and app
• Live chat support baked in (think Intercom, [login to view URL] or similar)
• Global payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, major credit/debit cards, PayPal, UPI and any other widely used method you can enable through Stripe, PayPal SDKs or direct gateway APIs
• Admin dashboard for me to review submissions, update status and issue notifications

High-level deliverables
1. UX/UI mock-ups signed off before you begin coding
2. Fully functional website deployed on my Hostinger account
3. iOS and Android builds uploaded for TestFlight / internal testing, then guided through final store submission
4. Source code and documentation handed over (setup, environment variables, payment keys, chat integration)

Acceptance criteria
The form must submit successfully end-to-end, payments have to clear in live mode, push/email status alerts must reach the applicant, and Lighthouse scores should stay in the green on both mobile and desktop.
