"I need a developer who can split their time comfortably between classic Python full-stack work and hands-on Odoo module work. You’ll be tackling new web applications from the ground up while also extending and fine-tuning existing Odoo installations for our clients. Most of the collaboration happens online, yet being close enough to drop by our Erode office is a plus when we need face-to-face brainstorming.

A minimum of two years’ solid, real-world experience is non-negotiable. You should be able to read requirements, suggest sensible architecture choices, and ship clean code without babysitting. Everyday communication is in basic English—good enough to keep projects moving and raise red flags early.
