"Project: Voter Management System (Leaders & Followers)

Goal: Develop a web-based voter management system with hierarchical registration (Leaders → Followers), advanced search filters, and an analytical dashboard.

Key Requirements:

User Roles:

Admin: Pre-registers Leaders, manages reference tables (States, Cities, Neighborhoods, Zones, Sections), creates Data Entry users, full access, exports, and audits.

Data Entry Users: Can only register/edit Followers and link them to Leaders.

(Optional) Viewer: Read-only access to data/reports.

Core Entities:

Leaders (pre-registered by Admin).

Followers (registered by Data Entry users, must belong to a Leader).

Reference tables: State, City, Neighborhood, Electoral Zone, Section.

Follower Form Fields: Name, gender, birth date, phone/email (optional), location (state, city, neighborhood, zone, section), Leader.

Features:

Advanced search with multiple filters (age range, gender, location, leader, etc.).

Analytical dashboard: KPIs + charts (age, gender, neighborhood, zone, section, leader ranking).

Import/export data (CSV/Excel).

Audit log of all actions.

Secure authentication (bcrypt/argon2, RBAC).
