"I need a straightforward way to see, in one place, what every phone extension in our 3CX system is doing right now and what it has done over time. Your job is to build a web-based dashboard that calls the native 3CX APIs—Call Control for live data and either CallHistoryView or raw CDR files for historical logs—then turns that information into clear, actionable metrics.
Core scope
• Real-time status: pull and refresh each extension’s presence (Available, On Call, Ringing, DND, Away, Idle).
• Historical metrics: total talk time, idle time, DND time, missed and answered calls, call direction, start/end/duration, termination reason.
• Time filters: let me slice results by day, week, or month and export them if needed (CSV or PDF is fine).
• Simple, browser-based dashboard: no fancy styling required—clarity and speed over gloss.
