"I need one skilled professional who can take a single set of requirements and turn it into a web application, mobile apps for both iOS and Android, and a desktop version. React is my chosen front-end framework; for mobile and desktop you can extend that stack with React Native, Electron or any equivalent you feel is the best fit, provided everything looks and behaves the same across platforms.

You will also build the entire back-end and design the database from scratch, exposing clean, well-documented APIs so all three targets stay in sync. I am open on language, hosting, and data-store choices as long as you can explain how they keep the project scalable, secure, and easy to maintain.
