"I am looking to strip Android down to its essentials and ship a truly minimal custom ROM focused on deep-level customization rather than flashy UI tweaks. The goal is a lean build that boots fast, shows only a lightweight interface (or even launches straight into a single foreground app), yet still grants my software full access to every hardware feature available on the device.

Key customizations I need:
• Remove the usual bundle of Google services and any other unwanted pre-installed apps, keeping only what we explicitly decide on.
• Pre-install a bespoke email client and an MQTT/JSON service that my own application will call.
• Configure system components so that Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular radios, GPS, camera, sensors, USB and any other exposed peripherals remain fully reachable through standard Android APIs without requiring root at runtime.

Deliverables that will let me sign off quickly:
1. Flashable ROM image for the target device (basically common smartphones).
2. Complete, reproducible AOSP build environment or Dockerfile plus a concise README so I can rebuild the image myself.
3. Patch set or repo manifest highlighting every change you made, especially around HAL, frameworks, and boot sequence.
4. A test app that can publish and subscribe via MQTT, parse JSON, send and receive email, and access all hardware features without extra permissions hacks.
