"I run an Android-only app and need a data-savvy partner to turn our existing user analytics into actionable insights. The focus is purely on user behavior—specifically session duration, user retention, and in-app purchases. All raw data is already flowing through Google Analytics for Firebase; what’s missing is the clear story behind the numbers.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A clean extraction of the relevant event data (BigQuery is enabled).
• Visual dashboards that surface trends and anomalies at a glance—Tableau, Data Studio, or native Firebase charts are all fine so long as they highlight the three metrics above.
• A written summary that explains what drives longer sessions, where we’re losing users, and how purchase behavior correlates with engagement.

If additional event tagging or parameter tweaks are required to capture those insights, guide me on exactly what needs to be implemented in the Android codebase (Kotlin). Final acceptance is a working dashboard plus the insight report I can share with the product team." (client-provided description)
