Project description:
"I need a cross-platform package delivery application built entirely in Flutter that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The main requirement is real-time tracking: once a parcel is picked up, the customer must be able to watch the courier’s live location on a map and receive status updates (Picked Up, In Transit, Delivered) without noticeable delay.

You are free to lean on Firebase, Google Maps SDK or a comparable location/notification stack as long as the setup remains straightforward for hand-off. Clean, well-documented code and an architecture that is easy to extend (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod—your choice) are important to me.

Deliverables
1. Full Flutter source with modular architecture and clear comments
2. Working iOS (TestFlight build) and Android (APK/AAB) packages demonstrating the end-to-end tracking flow
3. API layer that I can point to my existing backend, or mocked endpoints with easy replacement instructions
4. README covering environment variables, build steps and any map/push service keys
