"I manage a suite of eight Flutter apps that serve our main company and several subsidiaries on both iOS and Android. The code-base is stable but busy—we release new pages, tweak existing layouts, and squash inevitable bugs almost every week. I’m looking for a reliable Flutter developer who can step in as our go-to resource, handling everything from quick hot-fixes to feature roll-outs and UI refinements without breaking the current UX consistency across apps.

Here’s what the engagement looks like:
• Weekly rhythm: at the start of each week I’ll share a concise task list—bug reports from our crash analytics, wireframes for new screens, or Figma links for layout updates.
• Branch-based workflow in Git: each task lives in its own branch, passes code review, and merges cleanly into our mainline.
• Continuous delivery: most changes ship behind feature flags, so you’ll need confidence in writing unit and widget tests before cutting a release build for both stores.
• Communication: I prefer short daily check-ins on Slack/Teams and fast turnaround on pull-request feedback so we can keep pace with marketing pushes.
