"I’m building a premium curtain shopping and installation experience that lives on both Android and iOS, coded entirely in Flutter and backed by Firebase. The flow starts with fast, phone-first authentication—email, Google and Apple can sit in the background, but a seamless OTP login is the priority.

Inside the app users browse a catalog that will eventually exceed 4,000 SKUs. Every listing has to surface the price and full material details up front, with lightning-quick search and filter performance. From any product page they can launch an in-room AR preview or move into a full 3-D room visualiser to fine-tune sizing and look.

When they’re ready to buy, they can also book a curtain-fitting service: date and time picker, worker assignment logic, and mandatory address capture. Push notifications should handle confirmations, reminders and any reschedule flow.

To make the experience truly engaging I want an AI-powered style assistant—users upload a photo of their room and receive curated curtain suggestions. I’m open to a custom model or a third-party computer-vision API; just keep inference fast and results attractive.

An elegant, almost addictive UI is non-negotiable. Think smooth transitions, parallax hero images and subtle, on-brand micro-animations that still hold 60 fps. Dark and light themes must both feel luxurious.

I’ll need a simple web or Flutter-web admin panel to manage products, inventory and service bookings, plus Firebase configured end-to-end (Auth, Firestore, Storage and any Cloud Functions you require).
