"We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Developer to join our web design company. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in PHP and WordPress development while also bringing experience with JavaScript frameworks ([login to view URL], React) and Python (Flask, Django). This role is primarily development-focused, but opportunities to interact with clients may arise, so strong communication skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development
• Build, maintain, and optimize websites and applications with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress.
• Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations.
• Create Single-Page Applications (SPAs) using [login to view URL] or React.
• Implement backend services and APIs using PHP and/or Python frameworks.
• Ensure websites and apps are fast, secure, and scalable.
System Integration & Support
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and external services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Perform updates, optimizations, and maintenance to ensure long-term stability.
Collaboration & Project Delivery
• Work with designers, content teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.
• (Optional) Communicate directly with clients when needed to clarify technical requirements or provide updates.
• Follow best practices for coding, version control, and documentation.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in PHP and WordPress development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks (React, [login to view URL]).
• Experience with Python (Flask/Django) development.
• Solid understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL and database-driven applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a web design or digital marketing agency.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with hosting environments, deployment, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with testing frameworks or CI/CD pipelines.
Tools & Resources
• Developers will be provided access to all required tools, servers, and platforms.
• Training on company-specific workflows and systems will be offered as needed.
• Utilizes GenAI Tools to be able to work more effectively
