"We need to build a lightweight classified ads platform with a responsive web frontend and cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS.

The backend must be built using Laravel and mobile apps using Flutter.
The entire system should be containerized using Docker for easy deployment and scaling.

User registration should support email/password signup with admin approval, social login via Google and Facebook using OAuth2, email verification, password reset, and CAPTCHA for spam protection.

Users can create, edit, and delete ads including title, category, description, price, photos, and location. There will be a limit on the number of active ads per user.

Visitors can browse ads with search and filters by keyword, category, price, and location, and sort ads by date or price.

Buyers and sellers will communicate by chatting within the app regarding posts, but both handle payment and delivery processes manually outside the app for now. The app must be designed for easy extension to add payment, delivery, and other features later.

Users can contact sellers via in-app messaging or email, receive notifications for favourites and watched searches. Buyers can rate sellers, and admins moderate reviews.

An admin panel is required to manage users, ads, reviews, and ad promotion pricing. Sellers can pay to boost or feature ads with admin-set pricing and durations.

The platform should support multiple languages with localization of dates and currencies.

Deliverables include source code for backend, frontend, and mobile apps; Docker configurations; admin dashboard; setup and deployment guides; API documentation; and post-launch support for at least 30 days." (client-provided description)
