"I run several ongoing software projects and need a freelance product manager who can own the entire requirement-gathering process for each initiative. Most of our client sessions happen in live meetings, so you must feel comfortable leading conversations, probing for real business objectives, and translating technical, UX, and strategic needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap.

You will work with a Flutter / FlutterFlow front-end and a .NET + SQL back-end, so a working knowledge of these stacks—and how UI decisions ripple through to database and API layers—is essential. Strong communication skills matter as much as your technical fluency; I rely on concise yet thorough documentation to keep developers, designers, and stakeholders aligned.

Core responsibilities
• Facilitate client discovery calls, capturing technical specifications, business goals, and user-experience expectations.
• Transform findings into product plans: personas, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a groomed backlog.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, bringing a keen design sense to ensure wireframes and prototypes meet both FlutterFlow constraints and user needs.
• Coordinate with the .NET / SQL engineering team, clarifying edge cases, dependencies, and release scope.
• Present progress and trade-offs to stakeholders, adjusting priorities as requirements evolve.

Deliverables for each project
1. A comprehensive PRD, including epics, user stories, and measurable success metrics.
2. Low-fidelity wireframes or annotated Figma links that reflect Flutter-ready components.
3. A sprint-level release plan, outlining milestones, risks, and mitigation steps.
4. Ongoing meeting summaries and an updated backlog in the tool of your choice (Jira, Azure Boards, or equivalent).

Acceptance criteria
• All requirements traceable from stakeholder goal to user story.
• UI proposals compatible with Flutter/FlutterFlow component library.
• Back-end impacts clearly specified for the .NET/SQL team.
• Documentation delivered before development kick-off and updated promptly after scope changes.
