"I have a clear concept for a practical Android utility and now need it transformed into a polished, Play-Store–ready application. The design mock-ups are finished; what remains is solid coding, a clean Material-styled interface, and a robust architecture that leaves room for future feature drops.

The scope covers setting up the Android Studio project, building the UI exactly to spec, wiring in the core logic, handling local data storage, and optimising performance for a broad device range. Code can be written in Kotlin or Java, but it must be tidy, well-commented, and Gradle-friendly so I can pick it up for later iterations.
