"I run Dolibarr 21 on our own server and need all current information from QuickBooks Online—customers, financial transactions, and inventory—moved into it. I’m still weighing up whether this should remain a one-time migration or evolve into an automated, ongoing sync, so I’d value your advice on the most efficient approach and any tooling you recommend (QuickBooks Online API, Dolibarr connectors, middleware, scripts, etc.).

Alongside the data work, Dolibarr must be served securely over HTTPS. The SSL certificate needs to be purchased; installed correctly on the host so every Dolibarr endpoint is covered and any mixed-content warnings are eliminated.

Deliverables
• Complete import (or sync) of customer, financial-transaction, and inventory data from QuickBooks Online into Dolibarr 21
• SSL certificate installed and verified, with Dolibarr reachable only via HTTPS
• Brief hand-off notes: steps taken, scripts or connectors used, and how to repeat or schedule the process if we choose ongoing sync
