"I’m looking for a senior-level full stack engineer who enjoys speaking as much as coding. You’ll step into a polished professional profile that I provide and become the technical face of our agency during prospect calls, discovery sessions, daily stand-ups, and onboarding meetings. The conversations range from high-level architecture to detailed code walkthroughs, so you must be comfortable discussing modern front-end frameworks, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud deployment pipelines, testing strategies, and general best practices—using real experience, not scripted answers.

Most of your time will be spent on Zoom: fielding questions from potential clients, leading technical interviews, clarifying requirements, and ultimately giving them the confidence to sign with us. When a deal closes, you’ll stay involved for the first sprint or two, guiding hand-offs and keeping our local developers aligned with everything promised on the call. Hands-on coding is occasional but you should be ready to share snippets or pair for credibility when needed.

This is an ongoing engagement with a predictable, recurring payout: a monthly retainer for committed availability plus bonuses tied to each successful presales cycle you support. Expect roughly five to ten hours per week to start, spread across U.S. and European time zones.

Deliverables
• Attend every scheduled client call under the provided identity, arriving fully briefed.
• Lead technical discussions and capture key decisions in Slack or Notion.
• Produce concise hand-off notes for the development team within 12 hours of each meeting.
• Participate in stand-ups during the first sprint of any new project to ensure a smooth transition.
