Project description:
"I’m ready to move from concept to code on a medication-management application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core idea is a clean, simple, user-friendly experience that helps users stay on schedule with their medicines while also allowing healthcare professionals to monitor and adjust treatment plans.
Scope of work
• Build a native-feeling cross-platform app (Android + iOS) using whichever framework you’re most comfortable with—Flutter, React Native or Kotlin/Swift side-by-side are all fine as long as performance is solid.
• Implement a reliable daily medication reminder system that can trigger alarms even when the phone is in Doze/Background mode.
• Create a small home-screen widget (or iOS “Today”/Android widget) that shows the upcoming dose and lets the user mark it as taken.
• Develop three role-based interfaces:
– Doctor: view patient lists, adjust prescriptions, push schedule changes.
– Patient: receive reminders, mark doses, view history.
– Nurse: access assigned patients, confirm administration, submit notes.
• Add secure profile creation and login for each role.
• Keep the overall look simple and intuitive—minimal clicks, clear typography, and accessible colour contrasts.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional iOS and Android apps compiled for current OS versions.
2. Source code with clear comments and build instructions.
3. Widget implementation packaged and documented.
4. Brief hand-over guide (PDF or Markdown) covering feature map, APIs, and next-step possibilities.
Acceptance criteria
• Daily reminders fire consistently and can’t be silenced by battery-saver settings.
• Widget updates in real time and survives device reboots.
• Role switching shows only the controls relevant to that role.
• App passes App Store / Google Play basic review requirements.
I’ll share the complete user-flow diagrams and data model once we start. If you have prior experience with healthcare or HIPAA-compliant systems, mention it; otherwise, strong mobile engineering skills and clean architectural practices will be enough to get us rolling."
