"I have a new application concept that must be built entirely in Flutter and I’m ready to move from raw notes to a polished MVP. The scope covers everything from project setup and responsive UI implementation to API wiring, state management and store-ready builds. I’ll supply user flows, brand assets and backend endpoints; you’ll translate them into clean, well-documented Dart code, keep the repo organised in Git, and guide each iteration through testing and release.
