"I’m building a mobile HRMS focused on streamlining HR processes, with attendance tracking sitting right at the heart of the product. I already have the feature list and flow sketches—what I need now is a seasoned UI designer who can translate those ideas into a clean, smart and minimal interface that employees can pick up without a learning curve.

To get there I’d like you to lean on modern, AI-assisted design platforms such as Banani, Uizard, Visily (or any similarly powerful tool you prefer). Their generative features should speed up iterations while still letting you apply your own creative judgment and best-practice thinking around accessibility, spacing, typography and colour harmony.

Here’s how I see the collaboration:

• Walk through my rough wireframes and identify the screens and micro-interactions required for core attendance tasks—clock-in/out, leave requests, shift calendars and real-time status indicators.
• Produce a mobile-first design system (colours, type, iconography, components) that can scale to other HR modules later.
• Deliver high-fidelity mock-ups and an interactive prototype ready for developer hand-off, complete with downloadable assets and style guidelines.
