"I am looking for an AI / Machine Learning tutor to assist me in creating a local AI implementation (llama model) capable of reading
in ascii data I have collected and then to be able to produce from within that data specific pieces of information. The data will
be from electronic component datasheets and the data we are going to be looking for is company name, component type as well as part
numbers referred on the datasheet.

I have been through several on line classes and understand (at least somewhat) the tasks to be completed. I am however struggling
with how to take my project data and get it in the correct formats etc. needed to start any training. Advice on the exact models
to use and methodologies to reach my goals will be needed.

I am currently already using Open AI to create a significant amount of time savings in my internal usage model. However, I want this
on a local implementation to allow me to have a competitive advantage over my competitors as well as both cost and performance reasons.

I suspect this will be a longer term hourly task. I am interested in the following benchmarks in this project:

1. A Block diagram describing the tasks required and the tools needed to accomplish each task.

2. A description of the format that the data will need to be put into to be useful.

3. An estimate of the time to complete each task described above.

a. For each task, an allotted time to describe the task to me and to assist with questions to fulfil the task.

b. For each task, a set of focused goals to be reached in order to have success.
