"I run a headless WordPress site whose front end is built in Next.js. On the hero section I’m streaming a Vimeo video, the video never stretches to fill the screen and leaves a black space above and below the video. Previously with an uploaded video, it worked.

I need you to
• make the Vimeo embed scale fluidly—full-width and full-height, no black bars—across all breakpoints,
• strip out every trace of the logo animation and replace it with a fade (currently loads left to right) (HTML, CSS, JS), and
• tidy up any side-effects so nothing overlaps or misaligns after the fix.

The project uses [login to view URL] 13 (app router) and styled-components, with content coming from WordPress via GraphQL. Once you push clean, well-commented code to the repo and I can confirm the video fills the screen and the logo animation is gone, the job is done.
