"I already have the front-end scaffolded with React + Vite and part of the contract layer written, and now I need help turning the project into a production-ready decentralized real-estate marketplace on Ethereum.

Your work will focus on two areas:
• Smart-contract layer – audit and refine the Solidity code I have, then add the remaining functions for property tokenization, escrow, and payout. All contracts must compile with Hardhat, include unit tests, and expose clear events so the UI can react in real time.
• Web3 integration – wire the updated contracts into the existing React codebase. This includes wallet connection (MetaMask, WalletConnect), secure role-based authentication, and a user dashboard that shows owned properties, pending offers, and transaction history.

I’ll supply the current repository (React + Vite front-end and core Solidity files) plus a short list of required contract upgrades. Please keep the tech stack consistent—TypeScript, [login to view URL], Hardhat, and IPFS for off-chain asset storage.

Acceptance criteria
1. Updated Solidity contracts deployed to an Ethereum testnet, passing all unit tests.
2. React interface fully connected to those contracts, with user login/sign-up handled through wallet signatures (no central server).
3. Clear README and comments so I can replicate deployment and run the app locally.
