"Job Posting: Wix + Google Sheets Inventory & QR-Based Restaurant Ordering System

Project Overview

We run a homestay / farmstay with multiple dining tables and want to digitize our menu, ordering, invoicing, and inventory system using Wix + Google Sheets (or suitable integration tools like Zapier/Make).
The goal is to have a Petpooja-like POS system, but built on top of our Wix website for guests.

Key Features Needed

1. QR Code Table Ordering

Each dining table will have a unique QR code.

Guest scans QR → lands on our Wix menu page.

The QR should pass the Table ID/Name into the order automatically.



2. Menu Page on Wix

Beautifully designed food menu page with categories, images, prices.

Guests should be able to select items, quantities, and checkout.

Table ID should be auto-attached to every order.



3. Invoice & Payment Link

Once order is placed → auto-generate invoice and send to guest (email/WhatsApp).

Include a payment link (Razorpay, UPI, or Stripe).

Once payment is done, system marks order as paid.



4. Owner Notifications

After successful payment → send WhatsApp/SMS/Email notification to owner.

Notification must show Table Name + Items Ordered + Bill Amount + Payment Status.



5. Inventory & Recipe Management

Each menu item is mapped to ingredients (recipe).

When order is confirmed → system deducts ingredients automatically from Google Sheets inventory.

Stock levels update in real-time.

Low-stock alerts (WhatsApp/Email) when ingredients go below threshold.



6. Google Sheets Integration

Sheets to manage: Ingredients, Recipes, Menu Items, Orders Log, Stock Transactions.

All orders, stock deductions, and transactions must sync automatically.
