"I’m building a digital sports-news network run by veteran reporters and I need a full website and dashboard where each contributor can billboard and self-publish their audio and video segments.

Core build
• Reporter dashboard: a clean content-management interface that lets each journalist upload, schedule, tag, and update their own stories.
• Monetisation: subscription plans and in-house ad management tied into a third-party payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal or similar) so we can gate premium content while leaving selected stories open to the public.
• Access controls: free tier for casual visitors, plus configurable paid tiers for affiliates and sponsors.
• Responsive public site with search, episode pages, and social-share hooks.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready website and CMS dashboard.
2. Fully configured subscription and ad modules with live payment testing.
3. Written deployment notes and a quick-start guide for our reporters.
4. Two weeks of hands-on troubleshooting after launch, followed by ad-hoc support as needed.

Payment model
I will cover all upfront expenses as soon as they occur, release your completion fee once the site is live, and then share an agreed percentage of gross revenue for the next seven years—regardless of how much additional work is requested.

Tech stack is flexible—Laravel, WordPress with custom plugins, or a modern JavaScript framework are all fine—as long as it is robust, secure, and easy for non-technical reporters to use.
