"I’m ready to move from wireframes to a working MVP for a Car Hauler Broker marketplace that must run smoothly on iOS, Android, and the web. I need a full-stack partner who can deliver both the user-facing apps and the backend services in an iterative, milestone-driven schedule.

Core scope
• Account system – secure registration, login, and role management for shippers, brokers, and carriers.
• Load board – brokers and shippers post loads; carriers browse, filter by vehicle type, location, date, and accept jobs.
• Smart routing & multi-car matching – surface the most efficient loads automatically.
• Real-time GPS tracking with automated status updates at pickup, in transit, and delivery.
• Electronic Bill of Lading – photo uploads at pickup and drop-off plus before/after inspection storage.
• Compliance – automatic MC/DOT verification and insurance document onboarding for carriers.
• Payments – in-app escrow, instant payouts, invoice automation, and full transaction history.
• In-app messaging and push notifications for load updates, payment status, and compliance alerts.

Tech preferences are open, yet I expect modern, well-documented code (e.g., React Native or Flutter for the mobile clients, React or Vue for the web dashboard, Java or similar for APIs, and a relational database). If you already have experience with mapping SDKs, payment gateways, and FMCSA data integrations, highlight that.
