Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Coding

- Take ownership of our existing website and codebase
- Perform comprehensive website updates and improvements as required
- Ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code structure
- Implement responsive design principles for optimal mobile and desktop experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Maintain website security and performance standards

SEO Optimization

- Conduct thorough SEO audit of existing website
- Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, header optimization, and content structure
- Optimize website loading speeds and Core Web Vitals
- Ensure proper URL structure and internal linking strategy
- Implement schema markup and structured data
- Monitor and improve search engine rankings
- Provide regular SEO performance reports and recommendations

Google Ads Management

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Create compelling ad copy and landing page strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies
- Provide detailed reporting on ad spend, conversions, and ROI
- Implement conversion tracking and analytics

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, etc.)
- Knowledge of server-side technologies (PHP, Python, or similar)
- Familiarity with database management
- Understanding of web hosting and domain management
- Experience with version control systems (Git)

SEO Expertise

- 3+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results

- Understanding of technical SEO, local SEO, and content optimization
- Knowledge of Google algorithm updates and best practices

Google Ads Proficiency
