"I’m refreshing our app’s customer messaging and I need a copywriter who excels at short-form, high-impact text. The focus is purely on push notifications and other in-app prompts that keep users engaged and encourage them to return.

What I’m looking for
• Sets of push-notification copy tailored to key moments in the user journey (onboarding, feature discovery, inactivity win-backs, and promotional drops).
• Snappy headlines plus body text that stays within standard character limits for both iOS and Android.
• Two tone variants for each message so we can A/B test—one more conversational, one more direct.
• A concise rationale for each message explaining the trigger, intended emotion, and desired action.

Voice & goals
Everything should feel friendly, helpful, and unmistakably on-brand. The KPI is retention, so each line needs a clear hook and call to action that nudges the user back into the app.

Assets I’ll provide
Brand guidelines, user personas, recent engagement stats, and the list of events that fire each notification. You simply craft the words.
