Project description:
"We are an innovative construction technology (ConTech) company seeking a skilled freelance team or individual to design and develop a complete, dynamic, and CMS-driven website. This project has a mandatory first phase: the creation and approval of a detailed design concept PowerPoint (PPT) before any development work begins.

Project Objectives:

· To Build: A modern, dynamic website that reflects our position as a technology innovator, not just a construction company.
· To Showcase: Our patents, products, and projects through a clean, story-driven user experience (UI/UX).
· To Empower: Our team with an easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS) for updating content without technical help.
· To Engage: Our B2B clients (Government, Businesses) with a professional and informative platform.

Target Audience:

· Primary Users: Our B2B customers (e.g., project managers, engineers, business owners).
· Content Managers: Our internal marketing team (non-technical).

Scope of Work (Complete Project):

Phase 1: Concept & Design Approval (PPT Deliverable)

· Create a detailed PowerPoint (PPT) or PDF deck for our approval, including:
· Mood Boards & Style Guide: Color schemes, typography, UI elements.
· Sitemap: Visual structure of all pages.
· Wireframes: Layouts for all key pages (Home, Products, Projects, About, Contact, Blog).
· High-Fidelity Mockups: Pixel-perfect designs of the Homepage and 2 other key pages (e.g., Products, Projects).
· CMS Plan: A brief explanation of how the backend CMS will work for each section (e.g., how to add a new project).

Phase 2: Front-End Development

· Convert approved designs into a fully responsive, interactive, and polished front-end using modern standards (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).

Phase 3: Back-End & CMS Development

· Develop a robust backend with a user-friendly CMS (e.g., WordPress, Strapi, or a custom Node.js/Python solution).
· Ensure all content types (Team members, Projects, Products, Blog posts) are easily manageable via the admin panel.
· Implement a secure contact form with backend processing and email notifications.
· Ensure the codebase is clean, well-documented, and scalable for future features (e.g., a planned AI chatbot in V2).

Phase 4: Testing & Deployment

· Perform thorough cross-browser and cross-device testing.
· Deploy the website to our chosen hosting provider (to be discussed).

Required Pages & Features:

· Pages: Home (with video header), Products, Projects, About/Team, Contact, Blog/News.
· Core Features: Dynamic content pulling from the CMS, easy admin interface, contact form, responsive design.
· Media Integration: Support for images and video galleries (e.g., in Projects section).

Preferred Tech Stack (Please propose yours):

· Front-End: React/[login to view URL], Vue/[login to view URL], or a modern static site generator is preferred for dynamism.
· Back-End/CMS: Node.js, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, or a headless CMS (Strapi, Contentful). WordPress is acceptable only if highly customized for performance and security.
· Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Deliverables:

1. Phase 1: Concept PPT deck for approval.
2. Phase 2-4: Complete source code, full admin access to the CMS, and the fully functional, deployed website.

We Are Looking For a Freelancer/Team With:

· Proven full-stack development experience (please share your portfolio).
· Strong UI/UX design skills for the initial concept phase.
· Expertise in building custom CMS solutions or working with modern frameworks.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand our vision.
· A portfolio that includes similar informative, content-driven B2B websites.
