"I run a WordPress + WooCommerce store built with the Woodmart theme, about 500 products, hosted on Hostinger. Right now the site feels sluggish and I’m losing shoppers at the door. I need a complete performance overhaul that cuts load times to the bare minimum—on desktop and, even more importantly, on mobile.

Priority focus
The homepage is the first touch-point for most visitors, so that page has to fly. While you’re free to apply best-practice tweaks across the entire site (category, product and checkout pages included) the hero Slider/Carousel on the homepage must remain fully functional and visually unchanged.

Scope of work
Handle anything that measurably speeds things up: code and image optimisation, plugin audit, asset minification, lazy loading, database cleanup, server-level adjustments, CDN configuration—whatever combination you feel delivers the best result on Hostinger’s stack.

Acceptance criteria
• Homepage hits a sub-2-second load time on Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix.
• Product and landing pages show comparable gains.
• No loss of functionality or layout, especially the Slider/Carousel.
• A short before-and-after report outlining changes, plugins or settings touched, and a rollback plan.
