"I need a browser-based tile visualizer identical in flow to the demo shown here: [login to view URL] After you watch the video you’ll see exactly what I’m after: the user (in my case tile sellers and their clients) chooses from a catalogue of tile textures and instantly applies them to the walls of a pre-modelled room, switching designs until the perfect look appears.

Core requirements
• Single-page web application—no desktop build.
• Preloaded room model (initially one living-room scene is fine) rendered in real time; the surface areas must accept texture mapping without visible stretching or seams.
• Tile browser where each swatch can be rotated, flipped or grouted before application.
• Smooth transition when swapping designs so the user can screenshot or share the result.

Tech is up to you, but I expect something lightweight that runs in modern browsers—[login to view URL], [login to view URL] or WebGL with React are all acceptable if they deliver the same fluidity you see in the clip.
