"I’m looking for a hands-on collaborator who can dedicate 4–5 focused hours each weekday during Central Standard Time. The work is ongoing and varied: some days we will be shaping product strategy, other days you’ll jump into an editor to prototype features, write quick scripts, or chain prompts in ChatGPT to automate tasks.

Your edge is a solid software-engineering mindset. You can discuss architecture, spot edge cases, and translate business requirements into clean, testable code in whichever language best fits the problem. Fluent written and spoken English is essential because we’ll be exchanging rapid ideas on Slack, refining documents, and hopping on short video calls.

AI is a core part of our workflow. I rely heavily on ChatGPT today and plan to extend that tool-chain as we uncover new automation opportunities, so your experience pushing large-language-model tools beyond basic Q&A will be immediately valuable.

Practical details:
• Availability: 4–5 consecutive hours during CST, Monday–Friday
• Location: US, Europe, or Asia for workable overlap with the rest of the team
