"I’m building an online property marketplace that lists both residential and commercial real estate. The core of the project is a web-based platform where visitors can search for properties, register personal accounts, and converse instantly through an integrated real-time chat.

Three distinct user roles must coexist smoothly: buyers or sellers who add and track listings, agents or agencies who manage multiple properties, and an administrator who moderates content and oversees the entire system. Role-based permissions, intuitive dashboards, and secure authentication are therefore essential.

Key deliverables
• Search engine with filters for price, location, size, and property type
• Account system with registration, login, profile editing, and role assignment
• Live chat tied to each listing for direct buyer–agent or buyer–seller interaction
• Admin console to approve, edit, or remove listings and users
