"I need an experienced Flutter developer to turn my in-house HRMS concept into a polished, production-ready application. The build must compile cleanly for iOS, Android, and Web from a single Flutter codebase.

The core scope centres on three fully featured modules: employee management, attendance tracking, and payroll processing. I already have user flows and preliminary wireframes; your role is to translate them into elegant Dart code, integrate them with our RESTful endpoints, and deliver a smooth, responsive UI that feels native on every screen size.

Clean architecture, state management best practices (Provider, Riverpod or Bloc—your call), and thoughtful error handling are important to me because the app will sit at the heart of our HR operations. I’m open on the final visual style, so feel free to suggest a modern design system that fits Flutter’s capabilities.
