"Hello,

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress + WooCommerce developer to help me build a clean, fast, and conversion-optimized online store for my business — "Cimdu Bāze" — a Latvian company specializing in wholesale and retail of work gloves.

We are based in Latvia (EU), and our customers will include both individuals (B2C) and companies (B2B), so this project requires knowledge of WooCommerce customization, multi-language support, and some EU compliance features.

Required Tasks:

• Install and configure WordPress + WooCommerce
• Apply a modern, responsive, lightweight theme (fast & clean design)
• Set up site navigation, homepage layout and shop/category structure
• Add 5 example products (with size variants: S–3XL)
• Enable volume-based discounts (e.g. 5+ units = 10% off, regardless of size)
• Enable manual "Pre-order" option (with 5% discount for delayed delivery)
• Integrate Omniva (Latvian parcel machine network) – plugin or custom solution
• Configure shipping zones (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania)
• Enable PDF invoices with company data + packing slips (EU format)
• Enable manual/draft orders & invoicing for B2B clients
• Add PayPal and placeholder for MakeCommerce / Paysera integration
• Enable email marketing system (MailPoet or other), including:
- Newsletter signup form
- Automated emails for order confirmations, pre-orders, promotions
• Create order confirmation email + invoice template in Latvian
• Basic SEO setup (clean URLs, product schema, meta setup)
• Setup admin area so I can easily add/edit products & process orders
• Prepare 100% ownership – all built in my WordPress account
• Support Latvian language (I can provide translations)
