"I need a web-based CAD viewer built with [login to view URL] that can open DWG, DXF and STEP files directly in the browser. Once a model loads the user must be able to freely rotate, pan and zoom while keeping performance smooth on typical desktop hardware.

Layer visibility control is essential: every layer present in the source file should appear in a small side panel where users can toggle it on or off and immediately see the change reflected in the scene. In addition, the viewer should provide basic annotation tools—text notes, simple leader lines and distance measurements—saved in memory for the session.

The interface must feel clean and unobtrusive. A minimalist default theme, an optional dark mode switch and a toolbar that the user can rearrange or collapse will cover the UI requirements.

Please deliver:

• All source code (ES6 modules) that compiles to a single, minified bundle
• Clear instructions for running the project locally and deploying it to a static site or CDN
• Example CAD files and a short README showing how each feature works
