"I need a complete end-to-end mobile application built around the project I currently call “আড়াইহাজার নারায়ণগঞ্জ.” The assignment is pure application development: shaping the concept with me, designing a clear UX, writing clean code, testing, and pushing the final build live.

I am open to your recommendation on stack—Flutter, React Native, or fully native—so long as the result performs smoothly and leaves headroom for future features. Multilingual support (Bengali first, English to follow) and a lightweight admin panel for content updates are also essential.
