"I need three seasoned blockchain developers and four equally experienced general software engineers for our ongoing projects. Every member I bring on must be comfortable operating at a senior level (5+ years), because the work immediately touches production code that our Japanese end-client relies on.

Day-to-day you’ll be hands-on with Solidity smart-contract development, deep blockchain integration across multiple services, and the continuous refinement of our network architecture. Familiarity with DevOps for chain nodes, gas optimisation, test-driven contract workflows, and mainstream back-end stacks will help you fit in fast. Japanese language skills are a definite plus—most product requirements and stand-ups happen in Japanese—yet I will still consider strong engineers who are ready to collaborate closely with bilingual teammates.
