"I’m looking for a developer who can take my idea for a nationwide business directory and turn it into a clean, modern WordPress site. The core flow is simple:

• Visitors land on the home page, type a postcode, and immediately see the businesses nearest to them.

• Each business manages its own subscription-based listing. Sign-up must be frictionless: the business enters basic details, uploads images, answers a short set of custom questions I’ll supply, chooses a plan, and pays the monthly fee by credit/debit card. If a payment ever fails, the listing needs to deactivate automatically until the subscription is renewed.

Behind the scenes I’ll be using LPagely to spin up thousands of location pages. Every page should pull in the nearest active businesses so the content always feels local and fresh.

Design-wise, I want a modern, minimalistic look that keeps attention on the search box and results. Think plenty of white space, clear typography, mobile-first decisions, and fast load times.

Acceptance criteria
1. WordPress site delivered on my hosting, using a lightweight, well-supported theme.
2. Postcode search returning accurate radius-based results.
3. LPagely set up and tested with at least 100 autogenerated location pages.
4. Self-serve onboarding form that captures business details, images, and custom questions, then hands off seamlessly to the payment flow.
5. Stripe (or comparable) subscription handling: automatic renewals, webhooks for failed payments, and status updates that hide listings if payment lapses.
6. Front-end dashboard where businesses can edit their listings at any time.
7. Clear documentation covering how to add new questions, tweak pricing, and manage locations.
